主变压器冷却器油渗漏治理方案

摘要 对邹县发电厂三期主变压器冷却器连接短管的连接结构、楔形密封结构进行研究,确认连接短管的密封圈老化,密封失效是短管渗漏油的主要因素。利用不锈钢波纹管的良好可挠性和伸缩性,以及耐温、耐压、耐腐蚀特点,将连接短管更换为不锈钢波纹管,采用新的设计方案,减少渗漏点,保证设备的可靠运行。 By studying the structure of eonneeting short pipe and sealing wedge for the main transformer cooler of the third phase project in Zouxian power plant, it is confirmed that the main factor of oil leakage is the aging of sealing ring. Because of the fact that the stainless steel bellow is flexible and its characteristics of heat resistance, good compression, being anti- corrnsive, stainless steel bellow has been used as the connectiug short pipe. New design scheme is adopted, oil leakage points are reduced and reliable operation of equipment is ensured.
