摘要 随着深部矿产资源的大规模开发,采用多绳摩擦提升方式提升矿石的需求也越来越多。本文分析了由于提升高度增加,深井多绳摩擦提升系统所表现出的一些特点,并指出钢丝绳作为多绳摩擦提升系统变化载荷主要承栽体,其选型对提升系统具有重要意义。 With the large-scale development of deeper mineral resources,multi-rope friction hoist is becoming a dominant way to fulfil ore lifting assignment.The multi-rope friction hoisting system showed some features due to the increase of hoisting height in deep shaft,and it was analyzed in this paper.It was pointed out that wire rope was the main bearing body of changing load in multi-rope friction hoisting system,and the rope selection is of great significance for the hoisting system.
