摘要
介绍了N-正丁基苯胺的合成方法及其应用,研究了常压气相合成N-正丁基苯胺的工艺过程,研制了优质催化剂复合金属氧化物,确定最佳反应条件为:反应温度240℃~260℃,苯胺与正丁醇摩尔比(1.0∶1.4)^(1.0∶1.6),液时空速1.1h-1,催化剂选择性为99%以上。
This paper introduces way of synthesis and application of N-butylaniline,studies technological process of synthethesis of N-butylaniline by atmospheric vapor-phase,selects compound metal oxide as catalytic agent,obtains the optimun technological condition:reaction temperature is 240 ℃ ~260 ℃,the ratio is n(aniline)∶n(1-butanol)=(1.0∶1.4)~(1.0∶1.6),WHSV is 1.1h-1;the selectivity of N-butylaniline reaches 99%.
