摘要
以纳米氧化铝修饰硅胶复合材料作为固相萃取吸附剂,与紫外-可见分光光度计联用检测饮料中柠檬黄色素的含量。讨论了固相萃取实验条件对萃取效率的影响,包括样品pH、样品体积、样品流速和洗脱液流速。在最优化的实验条件下,对6种饮料中柠檬黄色素的含量进行了测定,日内、日间精密度分别为2.36%和4.37%,加标回收率为94.5%~100.5%。结果表明,本实验方法具备操作简单、灵敏度高、分析速度快等优点,适用于饮料中柠檬黄色素的测定。
A UV-visible spectrophotometric method for the analysis of tartrazine in beverage samples is established based on the preconcentration withγ-alumina nanoparticle modified silica-gel composite.Effects of experimental conditions on the extraction efficiency are investigated including sample pH,sample volume,sample flow rate,and eluent flow rate.The proposed method is employed for the detection of tartrazine in 6kinds of beverage samples.The intraday and interday relative standard deviations are 2.36% and 4.37% respectively.And satisfactory recoveries are obtained in the range of 94.5% ~100.5%.The results show that the developed method is proved to be simple,rapid,and sensitive.
