摘要 大肠菌群是检测食品、药物卫生安全质量的重要指标。传统的大肠菌群检测方法是物理化学方法,但这种方式的检测成本较高,且准确性较低,不适宜于大范围的检测工作。介绍了新的检测方法包括免疫学方法、分子生物学方法和酶学方法等,并对这些方法进行了对比,以期找到一种成本低、准确性高、操作性强的检测方法。 Escherichia coli group is an important index for detection of food,drug safety and health quality.The traditional method for the detection of Escherichia coli is a physical and chemical method,but this method is of high cost and low accuracy,and is not suitable for a wide range of testing.This paper introduces a new detection method,including the immunological method,the molecular biology method and the enzymatic method.In this paper,these methods are compared,hoping to find a detection method with low cost,high accuracy and strong operation.
