摘要
电喷雾电离技术(Electrospray ionization,ESI)是具有高灵敏度的气相离子软电离技术。结合中药有效成分复杂,含量低等特点,从化合物结构分析、中药质量控制和药物代谢三方面阐述了ESI-MS技术在中药分析领域的应用和发展。通过分析离子裂解途径,对化合物结构进一步确认,指导发现特异性微量化合物;建立中药有效成分化学指纹图谱,对中药质量快速准确控制,确保中药用药安全;研究化合物体内代谢途径及代谢产物,表征化合物药理效应,指导临床用药。
The electrospray ionization( ESI) technique is a gas phase soft ionization technique and it can be used for the sensitive detection of large and small molecules in complex samples without sample pretreatment. ESI-MS technology application and development in the field of traditional Chinese medicine modernization expounded from three aspects: compound structure analysis,traditional Chinese medicine quality control and drug metabolism. It predicted the fragmentation pathway of proton ions and the structure of compound to find specific trace compounds. It could control the quality of traditional Chinese medicine quickly and accurately to ensure drug safety through the establishment of effective component chemical fingerprint. Further more,it could characterize the pharmacological effect and guide the clinical medication through the study of compounds in vivo metabolic pathway and metabolites.
