盐酸改性ACF对水中亚甲基蓝的吸附脱色研究 被引量:1

摘要 为有效处理印染废水,选用活性炭纤维ACF为吸附剂,以盐酸为改性试剂,以亚甲基蓝为目标污染物,通过正交实验设计确定了ACF的最佳改性条件,并与未改性ACF进行了吸附性能的比较。实验结果表明,当盐酸浓度为3 mol·L-1,真空浸渍时间为90 min,真空浸渍次数为4次,并于100℃烘干所制得的改性活性炭纤维ACF具有最高的吸附性能,快速吸附10 min,对亚甲基蓝的吸附效率已达到91.90%,远高于未经改性处理的ACF对亚甲基蓝的吸附效率43.44%;吸附30 min后达到吸附平衡,吸附率可达99.8%以上。 In order to deal with printing waste water effectively,the activated carbon fiber ACF modified by hydrochloric acid was used. And the methylene blue was performed as the target pollutant. The optimum modification conditions of ACF were determined by orthogonal experimental design. Meanwhile,the adsorption properties of the ACF modified by hydrochloric acid were compared with the ACF unmodified. The results showed that the adsorbents of ACF modified by hydrochloric acid had high adsorption property,when the concentration of hydrochloric acid was 3 mol·L- 1,the vacuum impregnation time was 90 min,the vacuum impregnation times were 4 times,and the adsorbent was dried at100 ℃ for 12 h. After fast adsorption for 10 min,the adsorption efficiency of methylene blue reached 91. 90%,far higher than that of the ACF unmodified by hydrochloric acid for 43. 44%. In addition,after the adsorption for 30 min,the adsorption equilibrium was achieved,and the adsorption efficiency was up to 99. 8%.
