摘要
聚丙烯加工性能优良且生产成本低,但其较低的韧性和较差的冲击性能,在一定程度上限制了其应用。本实验SBS和聚丙烯为原料,经双螺杆挤出机共混制得不同含量SBS的共混物,再对其进行冲击、拉伸等力学性能测试,研究SBS含量对共混物机械性能的影响。实验结果表明:随着SBS用量的增加,共混物的冲击强度不断增大,拉伸强度反而逐渐降低。SBS与聚丙烯共混能有效提高其冲击强度和韧性,但使材料的强度有所下降。当SBS含量为20%时,共混物的综合性能最优。
Polypropylene has good processing performance and low production cost,but its low toughness and poor impact performance,to a certain,limits its application. In this experiment,blends with different contents of SBS were prepared by twin screw extruder and with SBS and polypropylene as raw materials. The experiment used the twin screw,and then impacted,tensile and other mechanical experiments were conducted to study the effects of SBS content on the mechanical properties of blends. The experimental results showed that with the increase of SBS content,the impact strength of blends increased,the tensile strength of blends decreased gradually. The blending of SBS and PP effectively improved the impact strength and toughness of PP,but made a drop in the intensity of the material. When the SBS content was 20%,the comprehensive performance of composite materials was optimal.
