氨水和氟硅酸钠制备氟化钠和白炭黑的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 以氟硅酸钠、氨水和碳酸钠为原料,采用两步沉降法制备氟化钠和白炭黑。并研究讨论了氟硅酸钠与氨水物质的量比、反应温度和反应时间等因素对产品质量和收率的影响。实验结果表明,白炭黑的最佳制备条件为:氟硅酸钠与氨水物质的量比为1∶5.5,反应温度90~95℃,反应时间60~90 min;氟化钠的最佳制备条件为:反应温度85~90℃,反应时间30 min。氟化钠产品和白炭黑副产品的质量均达到或超过国家一级品标准。 Sodium fluoride and white carbon black were prepared by two- step sedimentation method with sodium flurosilicate and ammonium hydroxide and sodium carbonate as raw materials. The effects are studied and investigated of various factors on product quality and yield. The results showed that optimal experimental conditions of white carbon black were amount of substance ratio of sodium flurosilicate to ammonium hydroxide was 1. 0 ∶5. 5,reaction temperature and time were 90 ~ 95 ℃ and 60 ~ 90 min,respectively,optimal experimental conditions of sodium fluoride were as follows:reaction temperature and time were 85 ~ 90 ℃ and 30 min,respectively. Quality of sodium fluoride and white carbon black products both met or exceeded the national first quality standard.
