摘要
研究了不同抗湿滑性树脂用量对白炭黑胶料特性的影响,探讨了不同树脂用量及种类对胶料物性及动态性能的影响。试验结果表明,在白炭黑橡胶中使用不同量抗湿滑性树脂,橡胶物理特性随之变化,随用量的增加表现出模量和硬度降低的趋势,同时研究发现加入不同用量树脂对橡胶动态力学性能也有很大影响,表现在抗湿滑特性提高明显,滚动阻力特性影响较小,同时比较两个不同厂家抗湿滑性树脂特性。
The application of resin in silica compound was studied. The influence of resin amount on the physical and dynamic property of silica compound was discussed. The test results stated the physical property and dynamic property changed obviously by using different amount and kinds of resin in silica compound.
