摘要
以正己烷为萃取溶剂,采用超声萃取法,建立了一种测定纺织品中地乐酯的气相色谱/质谱-选择离子监测(GC/MS-SIM)分析方法。实验结果表明,该方法定量限(S/N=10)为0.5 mg/kg,在0.5、1.0、5 mg/kg添加水平下的回收率为80.64%~107.07%,相对标准偏差为4.3%~9.9%。该方法操作简便,定量准确可靠,能够满足纺织品中地乐酯的检测要求。
An analytical method was established for determination of dinoseb acetate( DA) in Textiles. DA in textiles was ultrasonically extracted using hexane as the extraction solvent,and then was analyzed by gas chromatography- mass spectrometry with selected ion monitor( GC / MS- SIM) technique. The limit of quantification( LOQ) was 0. 5 mg /kg for DA at the condition of signal to noise( S / N) = 10. The average recoveries were in the range of 80. 64% to107. 07% at the spiked levels of 0. 5,1. 0 and 5 mg / kg with the relative standard deviations( RSDs) of 4. 3% to 9. 9%( n = 7). The results showed that the developed method was sesitive and accurate for the determination of DA in textiles.
