液质联用法测定塑胶中2-巯基苯并噻唑

Determination of 2-mercaptobenzothiazole in Plastic by LC-MS

采用丙酮作为萃取溶剂,对待测样品进行超声萃取,用超高效液相色谱-二极管阵列-质谱联用仪对2-巯基苯并噻唑进行检测。在优化的分析条件下,2-巯基苯并噻唑在4 min时间内可以得到很好的色谱峰,并能获得很好的分离效果,0.1~10 mg/L的浓度范围内线性良好,两种检测器的线性相关系数均大于0.999,检出限达到0.1 mg/L,重复性实验得到相对标准偏差小于5%,加标回收率为90%~110%.本方法简便快捷、准确可靠,满足2-巯基苯并噻唑的检测要求。

Samples were extracted with acetone in an ultrasonic bath,2- mercaptobenzothiazole was analyzed by UPLC- PDA- MS. Under the optimized conditions,good chromatographic peaks and separation effect were obtained in4 min,it reached good linearity in the concentration range of 0. 1 ~ 10 mg / L,the correlation coefficient was greater than0. 999,the detection limit was 0. 1 mg / L,the relative standard deviations was below 5%,the recovery of spiked sample was 90% ~ 110%. The result showed that this method was accurate and reliable,and it was satisfy for detection requirements.
