应用型综合化学实验改革及其人才培养

The Reform of Applied Comprehensive Chemistry Experiment and Its Corresponding Talent Cultivation

化学是一门以实验为支撑的基础学科,实验是解决问题的主要手段。在当前的教育体系中,化学实验的动手能力、实验技巧和创新思维的培养仍然是大学生薄弱环节。为了能够为国家培养科研型以及为企业输送技能型人才,适当设计应用型综合化学实验,强化大学生化学实验技能、培养其科研能力显得非常必要,本文就应用型综合化学实验改革及其人才培养的重要性进行初步探讨。

Chemistry is a foundation course supported by experiments,and the experiment is the main method to solve problems. In the current education system,chemical experiment ability,experiment skill and the cultivation of innovative thinking is still the weak section of college students. In order to be able to develop research and skill- based talents for our country national and the company, respectively, it is necessary to appropriately design applied comprehensive chemistry experiments for improving college students＇ chemistry experimental skill and cultivating their scientific research ability,the importance of applied comprehensive chemistry experiment reform and its corresponding talent cultivation was preliminarily disscussed.
