摘要
对比了不同化工企业的特点和工艺管理体系来源,分析了中小型精细化工企业的工艺管理体系特点、现状以及存在的问题,在此基础上提出该类型企业工艺管理体系应对策略。认为企业应根据自身特点制定出科学合理的工艺管理制度,重点在注重灵活性、基础工作、现场管理、PDCA管理等方面进行提高,实现高效现代化的工艺管理,从而提高企业技术、品质竞争力,使企业快速、持续、健康发展。
The characteristics of different chemical enterprises and process management system was analyzed and compared,through the analysis of the characteristics,status and existing problems of middle and small type fine chemical enterprises process management system,on this basis,the corresponding strategy was put forward. The enterprises needs to make science,reasonable process management system according to one's own characteristic. Flexibility,basic work,site management,PDCA managing mode and other aspects need to improve,so as to achieve efficient and modern process management,and improve the technology and quality competitiveness of enterprises,to have the rapid,sustained and healthy development.
