摘要
近些年,松茸丰富的营养、食用和药用价值引起了医药界和食品工业的广泛关注。对于军队,未来信息化战争条件下的复杂环境使官兵的身心健康受到了严重威胁,而通过膳食调节可以减轻或者预防疾病、降低恶劣战场环境对官兵的危害。基于松茸的营养、保健和药用价值,可以将松茸应用于军用功能食品当中进行膳食调节,改善官兵身体状况,提高部队战斗力。
In recent years, the nutritional, edible and medical value of Tricholoma matsutake had caused the extensive concern of the medicine and food industry. For forces, the complicated envi,'onments of the future war took the serious threat to the physical and mental health of soldierts. Dietary adjustment could reduce or prevent disease and reduce the serious harm of war. Based on the value of Tricholoma matsutake, we could apply it to the military functional food to promote the soldier's health and the troop strength.
