菲律宾军队民事与军事行动探析
摘要
民事与军事行动是菲律宾军队软实力作战体系的一个重要组成部分。在近60年的发展历程中,为适应不同时期国家与军队战略目标的调整,菲军民事与军事行动职能不断拓展,呈现出一些独有的特征。
