摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定金丹槐花颗粒中芦丁的含量。方法:采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18柱,流动相为甲醇-1%冰醋酸溶液(32∶68),采用梯度洗脱,流速为1m L·min^(-1),柱温为25℃,检测波长257nm。结果:芦丁的进样浓度在0.05~1.06μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系,回归方程:Y=22118X-20480(r=1.000);平均加样回收率为99.41%,RSD=1.12%(n=6)。结论:该方法稳定、简便,可用于金丹槐花颗粒的质量控制。
Objective:To establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method for the determination of the content of Rutin in Jindan Huaihua granules. Methods:Using the Agilent eclipse xdb-C18 column. The mobile phase was methanol-1% glacial acetic acid solution(32∶68). The flow rate was 1m L/min,and the column temperature was 25 degrees Celsius. The detection wavelength was 257 nm. Results:Rutin sample concentration in 0.05 to 1.06 μg range and peak area integral values showed a good linear relationship,the regression equation:Y=22118X-20480(r=1.000). The average recovery rate was 99.41% and RSD=1.12%(n = 6).Conclusion:The method is stable,simple,and can be used for quality control of Jin Dan Huaihua granules.
