摘要
目的:建立微生物比浊法测定制霉素片的含量。方法:白色念珠菌为试验菌,培养温度为30℃,培养测定时间为3~4h。结果:制霉素浓度在2.0~6.0U/m L的范围内,浓度的对数值与吸光度成良好的线性关系(r=0.9928),平均回收率为99.8%,RSD为0.18%。结论:此法操作简单、重复性好等特点,适合制霉素片的含量测定。
Objective:To establish a turbidimetric method for determination the content of Nystatin. Methods: Candida albicans as the test bacteria,temperature: 30℃,culture assays for 3 to 4 hours.Results:Nystatin concentration in 2.0 ~6.0U/m L,within the scope of the ogarithm of the concentration and absorbency into good linear relationship(r=0.9928),and the average recovery is 99.8%,and RSD is0.18%. Conclusion The method is simple,repetitive and good features. and can be used as a method for determination of nystatin tablets.
