更昔洛韦治疗老年带状疱疹的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of ganciclovir in the treatment of senile herpes zoster

目的：探讨更昔洛韦治疗老年带状疱疹的临床效果。方法：选取2013年1~12月我院收治的老年带状疱疹患者120例作为本次研究的对象,将患者分成对照组与研究组,对照组采用阿昔洛韦治疗,研究组采用更昔洛韦治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果：研究组疼痛缓解、止痛、止疱、结痂以及皮损康复时间和临床效果显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论：老年带状疱疹应用更昔洛韦治疗具有十分显著的临床效果,明显减少患者疼痛,加快患者康复,值得在临床上推广。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of ganciclovir treatment of herpes zoster in elderly. Methods：Selected in January2013 to December 2013,our hospital 120 cases of patients with senile herpes zoster as the research object,The patients were divided into control group and study group,control group were treated with acyclovir treatment,study group was treated with ganciclovir,The clinical effect of the two groups were compared. Results：The patients pain relief,the pain,check of the blister,scabby and skin lesion healing time and clinical effect were significantly superior to control group,there are statistically significant. Conclusions：Elderly patients with herpes zoster ganciclovir treatment has a very significant clinical effect,significantly reduced pain in patients,speed up the rehabilitation of patients,to promote worthy of clinical application.
