银翘散加减联合更昔洛韦治疗小儿手足口病的疗效分析

Analyze t he curative effect of modified Yinqiao powder combined with Ganciclovir in the treatment of infantile hand-foot-mouth disease

目的：探讨小儿手足口病采用银翘散加减联合更昔洛韦治疗疗效。方法：选取90例于2015年1~6月我院接收的手足口病患儿,根据治疗方案分为对照组与实验组,两组分别给予更昔洛韦和银翘散加减联合更昔洛韦治疗,观察两组疗效。结果：实验组较对照组的临床有效率明显要高（P〈0.05）;治疗期间,实验组退热时间、口腔溃疡愈合时间、皮疹消失时间、咽痛流涎消退时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组（P〈0.05）,两组在用药期间均未出现严重不良反应,组间比较无差异（P〉0.05）。结论：小儿手足口病采用连翘散联合更昔洛韦治疗,疗效显著,安全性较高,具有推广价值。

Objective：To study the curative effect of modified Yinqiao powder combined with Ganciclovir in the treatment of infantile hand-foot-mouth disease. Method：90 infants with hand-foot-mouth disease treated from January 2013 to June 2013 in our hospital were selected. The objects were divided into control group and test group according to different therapies. The control group adopted Ganciclovir; the test group adopted modified Yinqiao powder combined with Ganciclovir. The curative effect for two groups was observed.Result：The cli nical effective rate for test group was significantly higher than control group（P 0.05）; during treatment,the time of bringing down a fever,healing time of dental ulcer,extinction time of rash,withdrawal time of pharyngalgia and salivation and hospitalization time for test group was significantly shorter than control group（P0.05）; during treatment,there were no serious adverse reactions（P0.05）.Conclusion：The modified Yinqiao powder combined with Ganciclovir has an obvious effect and higher safety in the treatment of infantile hand-foot-mouth disease. It is worthy of promotion.
