金银花药液湿敷配合微波理疗治疗会阴切口愈合不良的效果

目的：探讨金银花药液湿敷配合微波理疗治疗会阴切口愈合不良的效果。方法：选取于2014年11月~2015年11月在我院接受会阴切开助产术的产妇共66例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用微波理疗治疗。在对照组基础上,观察组联合使用金银花药液湿敷。观察治疗效果。结果：观察组会阴切口愈合效果及会阴切口疼痛肿胀消退时间,均优于对照组,差异显著（P〈0.05）。结论：金银花药液湿敷联合微波理疗治疗会阴切口不良,能够加快切口部位的愈合,缓解患者切口疼痛肿胀程度,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective：Explore the honeysuckle liquid shi fu with microwave therapy for the treatment of poor healing perineum incision.Methods：Selection in November 2014 ~ November 2015 in our hospital to accept the perineum incision midwifery,a total of 66 cases of maternal,were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group by microwave physiotherapy treatment. On the basis of control group,observation group combination of honeysuckle solution shi fu. Observed treatment effect. Results： Observation group perineum incision healing effect and perineum incision pain regression and time,were superior to control group,there are differences between the comparison between groups（P0.05）. Conclusion： Honeysuckle liquid wet apply combined microwave therapy in the treatment of perineal incision and can accelerate the process of the healing of incision site,incision pain,swelling,alleviate patients to improve the patient＇s quality of life.
