甲泼尼龙耳后注射对突发性耳聋治疗的疗效分析

目的：探讨甲泼尼龙耳后注射对突发性耳聋的治疗效果。方法：从2014年6月~2015年6月我院耳鼻喉科收治的68例突发性耳聋患者中按入院编号随机选取34例设为观察组,采用甲泼尼龙耳后注射治疗,将另外34例设为对照组,采用常规治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗后听阈值与对照组相比明显较小,P〈0.05。观察组治疗总有效率与对照组相比明显较高,P〈0.05。结论：耳后注射甲泼尼龙能有效提高治疗效果,改善患者听阈,可在突发性耳聋治疗中推广。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of methylprednisolone injection on sudden deafness by ear.Methods:from June2014 to 2015 June in our hospital otolaryngology were 68 cases of sudden deafness patients in according to the admission numbers randomly selected 34 design as the observation group,using the injection of methylprednisolone ear,another 34 cases were set as control group by routine treatment. Compared the treatment effect.Results:compared with the control group,the observation group was significantly smaller in the treatment,the total effective rate was significantly higher,P <0.05。 Conclusion:ear after injection of methylprednisolone can improve the treatment effect of the patients,improve patient hearing threshold,to promote the use in the treatment of sudden deafness.
