药学服务中用药指导的临床效果研究

目的：研究和分析药学服务中用药指导的临床应用效果。方法：将2013年3月~2015年8月到本院各科室实施治疗的100例患者纳入本次研究,结合本次研究需求,根据用药指导干预情况将100例患者划分为两组,即研究组和对照组,每组50例,在开药之前均对两组患者实施常规医嘱说明,在此基础上对研究组进行规范且合理的用药指导,同时对患者各药使用情况进行监督,观察和对比两组治疗效果和用药依从情况。结果：和对照组相比,研究组按时服药依从性和按要求剂量服药依从性明显要高,治疗总有效率也比较高,差异显著具有统计学意义,P均〈0.05。结论：在药学服务中对患者施予规范的用药指导干预,可强化患者遵医用药的意识,使其严格按照医嘱服用药物,提高治疗效果。

Objective：to study and analyze the effect of clinical application in the pharmaceutical care guidelines.Methods：in March,2013 ~August 2015 to each department treatment of 100 patients were included in this study,combined with the research needs,according to the guidelines intervention situation could be divided into two groups,100 patients were the group and the control group,the number of cases of patients in each group of 50 cases,shall be for two groups of patients before prescribing conventional doctor＇s advice,on the basis of this spe cification and reasonable medication guidance to patients with team,supervise patients the medicine usage at the same time,to observe the effect and compared two groups of patients and drug compliance situation. Results：compared with control group,group patients on medication adherence and high dose of medication adherence significantly by the requirement,and total effective rate is higher,two sets of data through comparison test of statistical software,significant difference statistically significant,P0.05.Conclusion：in pharmaceutical care for patients to regulate the guidelines of intervention,and strengthening the consciousness of patients according to medical drug,make its strictly according to the doctor＇s advice to take drugs,in order to further improve the therapeutic effect.
