某院曲美他嗪的药物利用评价

Drug Utilization Evaluation of trimetazidine in a Hospital

目的：评价某院曲美他嗪的临床使用情况。方法：采用回顾性分析方法对2014年4~10月某院住院患者使用曲美他嗪进行药物利用评估分析。结果：曲美他嗪主要在心内科应用,不合理主要表现在：1适应症不适宜84例;2用药时机不适宜37例;3存在禁忌症14例;4用法用量不适宜11例。结论：通过开展曲美他嗪药物利用评价,可发现临床用药过程中存在的问题或不足,有利于促进其合理使用。

Objective：To evaluate the utilization of trimetazidine in a hospital. Methord：The discharged cases who used trimetazidine from April to September 2014 in one hospital were analyzed. Result：In this investigation department of cardiology took the lead in terms of the consumption of trimetazidine. The irrational application mainly lies in unsuitable indications,misuse with contraindication,inappropriate time of administration and dosage. Conclusion：Problems or defects can be found in the clinical medication by drug use evaluation of trimetazidine in one hospital,which is of great significance to the promotion of reasonable use of trimetazidine.
