品管圈在提高中心药房账物相符率中的应用

Application of Quality Control Circle in improving account coincidence rate of drug stocktaking in the inpatient pharmacy

目的:探讨品管圈在提高中心药房账物相符率中的作用。方法:通过开展品管圈活动,找出影响中心药房账物相符率的主要要因,并针对要因制定相应对策,分阶段进行实施与检讨,比较、分析品管圈方法实施前后中心药房药品的账物相符率。结果:开展品管圈活动以后,中心药房账物相符率由活动前的92.5%上升到活动后的95.8%,目标达成率为91.7%;药师在品管手法、团队凝聚力、解决问题能力、责任感等方面有明显提高。结论:品管圈活动能有效提高中心药房药品的账物相符率,提高中心药房药品的管理水平,并保障患者用药安全。

The objective of this paper is to study the effect of ＂Quality Control Circle（Qcc）＂in improving account coincidence rate of drug stocktaking in the inpatient pharmacy. Through implementing the activities of＂Quality Control Circle（Qcc）＂,it finds out the main causes of the account coincidence rate and makes the relevant countermeasures,realizing the implementation and self-criticism by stages. It compares and analyzes the account coincidence rate in the inpatient pharmacy before and after the implementation of＂Quality Control Circle（Qcc）＂. The account coincidence rate in the inpatient pharmacy have improved from 92.5% to 95.8% after the implementation of ＂Quality Control Circle（Qcc）＂,with target completion rate of 91.7%. The pharmacists have greatly improved their Qcc methods,team cohesiveness,problem solving ability,sense of responsibility and so on. The activities of ＂Quality Control Circle（Qcc）＂could effectively improved account coincidence rate of drug stocktaking in the inpatient pharmacy,Improing the management level of pharmacy. At the same time,it ensures the safety of using drugs for patients.
