5S管理法在药房管理中应用的效果评价

The application of 5S management in pharmacy drugs management

目的：加强医院药房药品管理,临床探讨5S管理法在药房管理中的作用。方法：于2015年7~12月在我院药房药品管理中施行5S管理法,观察施行前后药品管理的改进情况以及临床科室满意程度。结果：管理前药房药品合格率为87.1%,管理后合格率高达97.1%,管理后较管理前药房药品合格率明显上升。管理前临床科室满意度为80%,管理后满意度为96%,管理后临床科室满意度明显高于管理前。结论：在医院药房采用5S管理法对药品进行管理不仅可有效提高药品合格率,避免药品过期、错放,也可提高药学人员工作效率和临床科室满意度。

Objective：to strengthen the administration of the hospital pharmacy drugs clinical to explore the role of 5 s management in drug administration. Methods：During 2015.7~2015.12 in our hospital pharmacy drugs management implementation of 5 s management,were observed before and after implementation of the improvement of medicine management and satisfaction with clinical departments.Results：Management pharmacy drugs before the percent of pass is 87.1%,after qualified rate is as high as 97.1%,a pharmacy drugs in the past management qualified rate obviously increased after the management. Management before clinical satisfaction was 80%,degree of satisfaction was 96%,after management clinical departments after satisfaction is significantly higher than before.Conclusion：in the hospital pharmacy the 5 s management to manage drug not only can effectively improve the qualified rate of drug,avoid drug expired,misplaced,and so on and so forth,at the same time,increase work efficiency of medical personnel and satisfaction.
