摘要
运用虚拟样机软件ADAMS对MCCB电动操作机构在负载状态下的合闸运动进行仿真运算,获得了电动操作机构机械部分在合闸过程中运行时间的模拟值。运用ACB/MCCB断路器电动操作机构综合测试系统对产品样机进行合闸时间测试,获得了运行时间试验值,并与模拟值进行对比,最终验证了仿真运算的正确性。
Closing movement of MCCB electric operating mechanism under load was simulated by using ADAMS,and the mechanical part running time was obtained by the simulation. Then,closing time was measured through electric operating mechanism 's product prototype and ACB / MCCB circuit breaker electric operating mechanism integrated test system,and the running time experimental value was obtained. Ultimately,the correctness of the simulation was verified by comparing the analog value and experimental value.
