摘要 攀长钢通过多轮次的研制,成功打通了高温超高强度紧固件用GH350合金冷拔银亮棒材的工艺路线,并生产出符合质量要求的产品。针对研制过程中主要的技术难点进行了研究,结合公司现有的装备条件,探索出了生产工艺路线及参数:采用3150吨挤压机挤压开坯,使GH350合金热加工塑性得到改善,顺利生产出热轧棒材;制定的工艺路线和工艺参数合理可行,满足了生产要求;打通了GH350合金冷拉银亮棒材的工艺路线。 Through the research and development of many rounds by Changcheng Special Steel Company, the pro?cess route for cold drawing bright bar of GH350 alloy used for fasteners with high temperature property and ultra highstrength has been successfully developed, and products which meet the quality requirements have been manufactured.The main technical difficulties during the development process were studied, and combing with existing equipment con?ditions, the production process and parameters were found out: GH350 alloy bar was extruded and bloomed by using3150 tons extrusion machine to make its hot working plasticity improved, and the hot rolled bar was produced smoothly.The formulated process route and process parameters are reasonable and feasible which can meet the production requirements. The process route for cold drawing bright bar of GH350 alloy is developed successfully.
