摘要
Incoloy 028合金在热加工过程中质量控制难度较高,特别是大尺寸棒坯的中心部位,易产生析出相,会影响后续加工的成品管质量。本文以φ320mm棒坯经挤压、冷轧生产工艺为例,采用SEM、EDS、XRD等方法分析了028合金中的析出相微观形貌和结构。试验结果表明:原材料的质量会影响成品管的质量,固溶处理可以消除028合金挤压管中的析出相,对挤压荒管进行固溶处理是十分必要的。800℃至850℃下进行热处理,028合金析出相为Cr_(23)C_6和σ相;850℃至1050℃下进行热处理,028合金析出相为σ相;1100℃进行热处理可以消除析出相。
It is difficult to control the quality of Incoloy alloy 028 during hot working, especially the quality of thecenter of the large-size bar stock, where phases precipitate. This furthermore affects negatively the quality of the fin?ished tubes subjecting to subsequent processing. In this paper, taking the production process of extruding and cold roll?ing as example, the micro morphology and structure of the precipitated phases in 028 alloys were analyzed with themethods of SEM, EDS and XRD. The results showed that the quality of raw material will affect the quality of finishedtube; solid solution treatment could eliminate the precipitated phases presented in 028 alloys and so this treatment isnecessary for extruded mother hollows; when heat treated at the temperature range from 800℃ to 850℃, the precipitat?ed phases were Cr23C6 and σ; when heat treated at the temperature range from 800℃ to 1050℃, the precipitated phaseswere σ; heat treatment under 1100℃ could eliminate precipitated phases in 028 alloy.
