摘要
我国食用菌产业迅猛发展的同时,菌糠作为农业生物资源进行有效循环利用的途径引起关注。菌糠作为反刍动物粗饲料来源之一具有很好的饲用价值,但在储存和利用过程中存在被霉菌毒素污染的潜在风险,本文探析菌糠的营养价值并针对防控潜在霉菌毒素污染提出相应措施。
With rapid development of edible mushroom industry in our country,the spent mushroom substrate should be used effectively as agricultural biological resources.Spent mushroom substrate could be utilized by ruminants.Nutrition value for forage is recognized.There are mycotoxin contamination risks with storing and using.The article reviewed nutritional value of the edible spent mushroom substrate and proposaled some measures for prevention and control of the risks.
