摘要
目的：探讨经阴道超声在卵巢巧克力囊肿中的应用价值.方法：回顾性分析2013年1月-12月在某院经经阴道超声妇科检查的患有卵巢巧克力囊肿的患者60例的病例资料,比较分析经阴道超声诊断与手术病理的诊断结果.结果：与手术病理诊断结果比较,经阴道超声诊断卵巢巧克力囊肿的正确率是90.0%,误诊率是10.0%.结论：将经阴道超声运用于卵巢巧克力囊肿的临床诊断具有直观性强、无创伤等优势,应用价值较高.
Objective:To discuss the value of diagnosing chocolate cyst of ovary with vaginal ultrasonic examination.Methods:Retrospectively analyze data of 60 cases of patients with chocolate cyst of ovary in a hospital from January 2013 to December 2013,compare and analyze the diagnosing results of vaginal ultra-sonic examination and surgical pathologic diagnosis.Results:Compared with surgical pathologic diagnosis, the accuracy of vaginal ultrasonic examination was 90.0% and misdiagnosis rate was 10.0%.Conclusion:Di-agnosing chocolate cyst of ovary with vaginal ultrasonic examination has advantages such as strong visuality and no wound thus has high application value.
