急性脑卒中后吞咽障碍的康复护理分析

An Analysis of Rehabilitation Nursing for Swallowing Disorders after Acute Cerebral Stroke

目的:分析急性脑卒中后吞咽障碍的康复护理。方法:以78例急性脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者为研究对象,将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上接受早期康复护理,对比两组患者的恢复情况。结果:观察组有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以基础训练、摄食护理为主等早期康复训练可显著改善吞咽功能。

Objective:To analyze the rehabilitation nursing for swallowing disorders after acute cerebral stroke.Methods:Select 78 cases of patients with swallowing disorders after acute cerebral stroke as the re-search obj ect,the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,control group patients received routine nursing care,observation group patients received early rehabilitation care in addi-tion,compare patients'recovery status in the two groups.Results:Effective rate of the observation groupwas significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Con-clusion:Early rehabilitation training can significantly improve swallowing function.
