广西宜州市庆远镇2010~2014年传染病流行病学分析

摘要 目的:综合分析广西宜州市庆远镇2010-2014年期间传染病的流行情况,掌握其发病规律,为防治和消除传染病提供具体依据.方法:对宜州市庆远镇2010-2014年法定传染病疫情报告以及传染病监测系统报告中记录的传染病监测数据进行流行病学分析.结果:2010-2014年期间共发生传染病病例2784例,发病率为120.72/10万-230.79/10万,年均发病率183.7/10万;共查出传染病17种,肺结核:菌(-)(12.68%)、涂(+)(5.71%)、未痰检(22.30%),梅毒:隐性梅毒(7.72%)、胎传梅毒(1.26%)、Ⅰ期梅毒(3.74%)、Ⅱ期梅毒(0.47%)、Ⅲ期梅毒(0.14%),病毒性肝炎:丙肝(5.64%)、乙肝(4.52%)、甲肝(1.54%)、戊肝(0.04%),手足口病(9.8%);传染病病例中,男女性别比为1.784∶1,1-9岁和40-79岁为高发期;患者中,农民比例最高,高达67.39%,其次是散居儿童,比例为15.23%.结论:要加强对传染病的监控力度,进一步提高疫苗接种率,重点抓好肺结核、病毒性肝炎、手足口病以及性病的防治工作.加强对居民尤其是农民和儿童的健康教育以及监护,提高对传染病的认识,才能有效预防疾病,降低传染风险. Objective:To study infectious diseases in Qinyuan Town of Yizhou City of Guangxi Province during 2010~2014 and grasp the rules to provide precaution reference.Methods:Analyze infectious disease monitoring data in Qinyuan Town of Yizhou City of Guangxi Province during 2010~2014.Results:There were 2784 cases of infectious diseases during 2010~2014,the incidence was 120.72/100000~230.79/100000, the annual incidence was 183.7/100000.17 kinds of infectious diseases were detected,tuberculosis bacterium (-)(12.68%),painting (+)(5.71%),no sputum (22.30%),syphilis (latent syphilis (7.72%),fetal syphilis (1.26%),Ⅰstage syphilis (3.74%),Ⅱstage syphilis (0.47%),Ⅲ stage syphilis (0.14%),viral hepatitis (hepatitis C (5.64%),hepatitis B (4.52%),hepatitis A (1.54%),and hepatitis E (0.04%),hand-foot-and-mouth disease (9.8%).In the infectious disease cases,male and female sex ratio was 1.784∶1,1~9,and 40~79-year-old were high-incidence seasons;Among the patients,the highest proportion was farm-er,accounting for 67.39%,the second highest was scattered children,accounting for 15.23%.Conclusion:We should strengthen the monitoring of infectious diseases,further improve the vaccine coverage,focus on prevention and control of tuberculosis,viral hepatitis,hand,foot and mouth disease and venereal disease. Strengthen the health education and custody of farmers and children,improve the knowledge of infectious diseases and effectively prevent disease,reduce the risk of infection.
