心悦胶囊联合地尔硫卓治疗冠状动脉痉挛的临床观察

Clinical Therapeutic Effect of Xin Yue Capsule Combined with Diltiazem in Treating Coronary Artery Spasm

目的:观察心悦胶囊联合地尔硫卓治疗冠脉痉挛的临床疗效。方法:将286例诊断为冠脉痉挛患者随机分为两组,对照组予地尔硫卓+抗血小板、调脂等常规治疗;观察组在对照组基础上加用心悦胶囊,2粒/次,每日3次口服。治疗3个月后测定血清内皮素-1(EF-1)及一氧化氮(NO),记录胸闷痛发作次数(次/个月)。结果:治疗3个月后,观察组较对照组相比,EF-1降低,NO升高,胸闷痛次数明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组显效、有效及总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心悦胶囊联合地尔硫卓治疗冠脉痉挛疗效显著,值得在临床上加以推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of XinYue Capsule Combined with dilti-azem in treating coronary artery spasm(CAS).Methods:A total of 286 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups (143 patients in control group and 143 in treatment group).Patients of both groups were treated with diltiazem,anti-platelet medicine and statins after being diagnosed as CAS.Treatment group was treated with Xin Yue capsule along with the treatment taken by control group.XinYue capsule was taken orally 2 pills per dose and 3 doses per day.After being treated for 3 months,a follow-up was conducted to both groups to re-cord the frequency of chest pain and distress,as well as rechecking the level of blood endothelin-1(ET-1)and nitric oxide(NO).Results:After 3 months,the occurrence rates of chest pain and the levels of blood ET-1 and NO in treatment group were significantly better than control group,the differences were statistically signifi-cant(P< 0.05).The result indicated that significant effective rate and total effective rate of treatment group were significantly higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:XinYue capsule Combined with diltiazem in treating CAS is safe,reliable and worthy of applica-tion in clinic.
