奥扎格雷联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗TIA临床效果观察

Clinical Effect of Treating TIA with Ozagrel Combined with Rosuvastatin

目的:观察奥扎格雷联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗短暂性脑缺血(TIA)的临床效果。方法:将80例患者随机分为两组,每组40例,观察组给予奥扎格雷80mg(生产批号:国药准字H20059710,海南惠普森医药生物技术有限公司)加入0.9%氯化钠250ml中静脉滴注,1日1次;给予瑞舒伐他汀10mg口服,1日1次。对照组给予奥扎格雷80mg加入0.9%氯化钠注射液,1日1次,连续治疗10d。观察两组的临床疗效。结果:观察组的治愈率和总有效率分别为85.0%和95.0%,对照组的分别为75.0%和80.0%。两组数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:奥扎格雷联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗TIA效果安全可靠,优于单抗血小板治疗。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of treating TIA with ozagrel combined with rosuvastatin. Methods:Selected 40 patients with frequent TIA in a hospital,they were randomly divided into the observa-tion group and the control group,20 patients in each group,the observation group was treated with ozagrel combined with rosuvastatin ,the control group was treated with ozagrel .The whole treatment lasted for 10 days.Results:The cure rate and the total effective rate of the observation group were 85.0%and 95.0%while that of the control group were 75.0%and 80.0%.There were significant differences between the two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion:Ozagrel combined with Rosuvastatin had remarkable effect on treating TIA.
