博利康尼联合氨溴索驱动雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Treating Bronchiolitis with Terbutaline Joint Ambroxol Atomizing Inhalation

目的:探究毛细支气管炎采用博利康尼联合氨溴索驱动雾化吸入治疗的治疗效果。方法:选取毛细支气管炎患儿70例,根据随机数字法分为对照组和观察组各组均35例,对照组患儿均采用常规治疗,观察组患儿均采用博利康尼联合氨溴索驱动雾化吸入+常规治疗。结果:两组患儿治疗总有效率比较存在明显统计学差异(P<0.05),观察组患儿喘憋、肺部啰音等各项临床症状和体征消失时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用博利康尼联合氨溴索驱动雾化吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎,治疗效果良好。

Objective:To explore the effect of Terbutaline joint ambroxol atomizing inhalation in treating bronchiolitis.Methods:70 children with bronchiolitis were divided into control group and the observation group,35 cases in each group,children in the control group were treated according to routine therapy,pa-tients in the observation group were using Terbutaline joint ambroxol atomizing inhalation and conventional therapy.Results:Total effective rate between the two groups had significant difference(P<0.05);asthma, pulmonary rales,and other clinical symptoms and signs disappeared time,hospital stay of observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Terbutaline joint ambroxol atomizing in-halation treatment for children with bronchiolitis has remarkable curative effect.
