对社区老年高血压患者实施护理干预的效果探讨

An Exploration into the Effect of Nursing Intervention on Old Patients with Hypertension in Community

目的：研究分析对社区老年高血压患者实施护理干预后的药物效果影响.方法：选取2013年7月-2014年2月某社区的老年高血压患者,共91例,并以此作为本次研究的主要对象.将所有患者随机分为两组,研究组患者实施综合护理;对照组患者不给予护理干预,对比分析研究组与对照组患者在6个月后的用药依从性.结果：研究组老年高血压患者的用药依从性明显高于对照组,数据之间的差异有统计学意义,即P 〈0.05.结论：对社区老年高血压患者实施护理干预措施,可以有效提高患者的用药依从性,降低并发症的发生率,值得在临床中推广.

Objective:To analyze the drug effects of nursing intervention on old patients with hyperten-sion in community.Methods:Select 91 cases of elderly hypertensive patients in a community from July 2013 to February 2014 as the main targets of this study.All patients were randomly divided into two groups,the study group was given comprehensive nursing,the control group wasn't given nursing intervention.Compare medication compliance of patients in both groups six months later.Results:Medication compliance of elderly patients with hypertension in study group was significantly higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementation of nursing interventions in community elderly hypertensive patients can effectively improve patient's medication compliance and reduce the incidence of complications,it should be promoted in the clinical application.
