观察护理干预对全髋关节置换术患者康复效果的影响

The Influence of Nursing Intervention on the Rehabilitation Effect of Patients with Total Hip Replacement

目的：观察针对全髋关节置换术患者进行有效护理干预的效果.方法：选取2012年3月-2014年8月期间于某院行全髋关节置换术的患者65例,以数字随机法分为护理组（n=33）与对照组（n=32）.对照组患者给予常规手术护理,护理组患者在此基础上给予有效的综合护理干预措施,统计比较两组护理效果.结果：护理组髋关节功能改善总有效率93.9%高于对照组78.1%（P〈0.05）,护理组护理满意度90.9%高于对照组75.0%（P 〈0.05）;护理组并发症（4例）少于对照组（15例）（P 〈0.05）.结论：全髋关节置换术患者实施有效护理干预后,髋关节功能改善较好,护理满意度高,并发症少,值得在临床推广应用.

Objective:To observe the effect of nursing intervention for patients with total hip replace-ment.Methods:Selected 65 cases of patients with total hip replacement from March 2012 to August 2014 in a hospital ,randomly divide them into treatment group (n=33)and control group (n=32).The control group was given conventional surgery nursing,the nursing group was given effective comprehensive nursing intervention measures.Compare nursing effectof the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the nurs-ing group was 93.9%,higher than the 78.1% of the control group (P<0.05);nursing satisfaction of the nursing group was 90.9%,higher than the 75.0% of the control group (P<0.05).Group nursing complica-tions (4 cases)was less than the control group (15 cases)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Effective nursing interven-tion in patients with total hip replacement can improve the hip function and nursing satisfaction,reduce com-plications,and is worth popularizing in clinical application.
