摘要
目的:探讨3H护理服务管理模式在岗位护理礼仪培训的应用效果。方法:对全院护士进行护理职业形象重塑中,融入3H护理服务管理模式,采用综合评价方法了解改革效果。结果:实验组与对照组满意度对比,实验组满意度明显高于对照组,满意度有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论:3H护理服务管理模式在岗位护理礼仪培训中,有效提高病房护理质量、护士素质和病人满意度。
Objective:To explore the application effect of 3 H nursing service management mode in post nursing etiquette region nursing.Methods:For occupation image reconstruction of the nurses in the hospital, combinning with the 3 H management model,using the comprehensive evaluation method to understand the effect of the reform.Results:The satisfaction degree of experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:3H nursing service management mode in the post nursing etiquette training can improve ward nursing quality,nursing quality and patient's satisfaction.
