淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗复发性流产的疗效分析

Efficacy of Lymphocyte Active Immune Therapy in Treating Recurrent Abortion

目的：对淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗复发性流产的疗效进行探讨分析.方法：选择于2014年1月-2015年1月到某院就诊的240例复发性流产患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组及对照组,每组120例,观察组患者使用其配偶外周血淋巴细胞行主动免疫治疗,对照组患者行传统治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行对比分析.结果：经过治疗之后观察组患者治疗成功率为77.50%;对照组患者治疗成功率为40.0%,观察组明显优于对照组,且差异有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）;阳性组与阴性组妊娠成功率相比较,阳性组明显高于对照组且差异具有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）.结论：作为一种有效的治疗复发性流产的临床方法,淋巴细胞主动免疫简单经济,而且临床应用价值高,值得进一步研究推广.

Objective:To analyze the efficacy of lymphocyte active immune therapy in treating recurrent abortion.Methods:Select 240 cases of recurrent spontaneous abortion patients from January 2014 to January 2015,randomly divide them into observation group and the control group,120 patients in each group.The observation group was given active immune therapy using their spouse's peripheral blood lymphocyte,the control group underwent conventional treatment,clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,success rate of the observation group was 77.50%,success rate of control group was 40.0%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);compared with successful pregnancy rate of negative group,that of positive group was significantly higher and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:As an effective method of treating clinical recurrent spontaneous abortion,lympho-cytes active immune therapy not only is simple and economical,but also has high clinical value,which is worth further research and extension.
