糖尿病社区护理干预效果观察

Effect Observation of Nursing Intervention in Diabetes Community

目的:探讨对糖尿病病人实施社区护理干预的效果。方法:选择140例本社区糖尿病病人作为观察对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组70例,两组病人在社区护理干预前均建立健康档案,对照组病人进行常规的健康知识的宣传教育,以及遵医嘱给予相应的药物治疗;观察组在对照组的基础上实施社区护理干预,主要内容有适当运动、合理膳食、用药指导等,进行为期半年的社区护理干预,半年后记录观察比较两组病人的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白的水平,以此评价社区护理干预的效果。结果:经过6个月的社区护理干预后糖尿病病人空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白的水平均降低,差异显著,具有统计学意义。结论:社区护理干预对于糖尿病病人血糖的控制发挥着重要的作用,能够提高糖尿病病人的生活质量,值得推广及应用。

Objective:To study the effect of the implementation of community nursing intervention for diabetes patients.Methods:Choose 140 cases of diabetes patients in a community as research objects,using the random number table method to divided them into observation group and control group,70 cases in each group,health records of all the patients were established before nursing intervention.The control group was given conventional health knowledge propaganda and education,and corresponding drug treatment in accord-ance with the doctor's advice;Observation group was given community nursing intervention in addition, mainly were proper exercise,reasonable diet,medication guidance,community nursing intervention lasted for half a year,record and compare fasting blood glucose,blood sugar 2 hours after meal,hemoglobin a1 c levels of the two groups half a year later to evaluate the effect of community nursing intervention.Results:After six months of community nursing intervention for diabetes patients,fasting blood glucose,blood sugar 2 hours after meal,and hemoglobin a1 c levels decreased significantly,the differences were statistically sig-nificant.Conclusion:Community nursing intervention plays an important role in controlling diabetes patient's blood sugar and can improve the life quality of diabetes patients,which is worth popularization and applica-tion.
