精神科护士组织支持感、心理资本与工作投入的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨精神科护士职业紧张与工作投入的关系及心理资本在两者之间的中介作用。方法:在18所精神卫生中心的精神科护士中,用分层随机抽样的方法抽取900人进行问卷调查。运用SPSS 17.0软件进行数据分析。结果:精神科护士的组织支持感与工作投入呈正相关,心理资本与工作投入呈正相关。结论:精神科护士组织支持感和心理资本是工作投入的重要预测变量,心理资本在组织支持感和工作投入的关系中发挥部分中介作用。 Objective: To explore relationship between occupational stress and work engagement,and mediating role of psychological capital. Methods: Stratified random sampling method was used to investigate 900 psychiatric nurses from all the psychiatric nurses in all the 18 psychiatric mental health centers in Liaoning province. SPSS17. 0 statistical software was applied to perform data statistical analysis. Results: Perceived Organizational Support and psychological capital were positive associated with work engagement,respectively. Conclusions: Perceived organizational support and psychological capital are important predicting factors for psychiatric nurses' work engagement. Moreover,psychological capital has a mediating effect between perceived organizational support and work engagement.
