摘要
采用问卷和访谈的方式,调查分析200名大学英语教师在专业发展中面临的诸多困难。借助教师专业发展理论,分析高校教师的观点,提出由教师、高校和教师发展职能部门三方合作的应对策略。研究结果对实现教师的可持续发展具有一定的启示和参考价值。
By adopting questionnaires and interviews,the present paper makes an investigation of many problems faced by 200 college teachers in their course of profession development. Based on the theories of teachers' professional development,the author analyzes the teachers' views and proposes a strategy of cooperation among teachers,colleges and teacher development department. These results provides implications and reference for achieving the sustainable development of teachers.
