摘要
针对高速铁路选线设计中线站位方案比选多属性决策问题,建立高速铁路线站位方案评价体系,提出基于三角模糊数的高速铁路线站位方案比选决策方法。该方法首先将高速铁路线站位方案比选定量及定性指标转换为三角模糊数;然后基于加权指标值离差最大化建立一个规划模型计算指标权重;再利用三角模糊数距离及向量投影概念计算各方案加权指标值在模糊正理想解、负理想解上的投影,进而计算各方案的相对贴近度,并据此对方案进行排序,确定最优方案;最后结合线站位比选实例说明该方法的有效性及实用性。
With regard to the fuzzy multi -attribute decision making problems about route and station alternativescomparison of high - speed railway, an evaluation system and a decision method for route and station alternativescomparison of highspeed railway based on triangular fuzzy numbers is proposed. Firstly, the qualitative andquantitative index values of alternatives comparison are converted into the triangular fuzzy numbers. Then the in-dex weights are obtained by a linear programming model based on the maximal deviation of weighted index val-ues. Finally, the alternatives are ranked and the optimal is selected according to the closeness degree and projec-tion of the weighted index values of each alternative on the fuzzy positive and negative ideal point of alternative.In conclusion, an example of route and station alternatives comparison is illustrated to show the effectivity andfeasibility of this method.
