中职院校教师职业权利保障存在的问题及对策研究——以L中等职业学校为例

Problems and Countermeasures in the protection of teachers' rights in Secondary Vocational Schools——on L Secondary Vocational School

随着依法治国不断推进,教师职业权利保障也在逐步规范。但是,目前中职院校职业教师权利被侵害的事件时有发生,严重影响了中职教师工作的积极性和主动性。对中职院校教师职业权利保障进行研究,通过对中职院校教师职业权利保障的现状分析和探讨,发现中职教师职业权利保障中存在的问题,提出解决对策,以期能为国家立法和行政管理部门提供参考依据。

With the continuous advancement of the rule of law, teachers' rights are gradually standardized, but at present, in the teaching management of secondary vocational schools, teachers' rights are infringed, which seriously affect the teachers' enthusiasm and initiative. Therefore, this article finds out the problems and put forward the countermeasures based on the analysis on the status quo of teachers' rights protection in order to provide theoretical guidance for the national legislative and administrative departments.
