摘要
运用Moldflow/MPI技术分析狭长薄壳体塑件模具浇口形式的方案设计,通过针对两个方案的三维变形分布、充填结束时的压力和平均速度重要试验参数的比较,获得优化方案的结论,充分显示Moldflow/MPI技术在模具开发过程中对于优化塑件设计、优化模具设计和优化注塑工艺参数等方面的显著优势。
Through analyzing the gate scheme design of long-narrow thin shell injection molded parts based on MoldFlow/MPI,the conclusion of optimization project is obtained by means of comparing important parameters including three dimensional deformation distribution, pressure and average velocity (end of filling), which indicates an obvious advantage of MoldFlow/MPI in optimization of plastic parts design, mold design and injection molding parameters in mold development process.
