研究生《Molecular and cell biology》全英语教学实践与探索

随着我国科研水平的整体提升,科学研究的国际化势在必行[1]。国际间的学术交流,无论是学术期刊或学术报告,英语都是基本的交流语言。为了提高教育的前沿化和国际化,研究生阶段开展一些全英语教学,对于学科建设和人才培养是非常必要的[2,3]。生命科学领域,我校研究生开设的《Molecular and cell biology》课程,是细胞生物学和分子生物学相互交融的学科,既具有很强的生命科学基础理论知识,又涵盖了生命科学发展最新前沿内容,非常适合于作为全英语教学课程[4]。因此,被我校列为研究生全英语教学试点课程。由于研究生阶段,学生具备较高的英语水平,因此,开展全英语教学也具有很强的可行性。全英语教学要求教学的全部环节均用英语,包括教学语言、教学内容、教材、教学软件、作业、答疑和考试等。本文对开课3年来的实践进行了总结和探讨。

Pick to:International academic exchange,both academic journals and academic report,English is the basic communication language [1]. In order to improve the forefront of education and the internationalization,the graduate student stage to carry out some English teaching,for subject construction and talents training is very necessary [2,3]. Life sciences,graduate students in our school of Molecular and cell biology curriculum,is a blend of cell biology and Molecular biology of the discipline,which has a strong life science basic theory knowl-edge,and covers the latest cutting- edge life science development content,is very suitable for as a full English teaching course [4].Therefore,by experimental courses as a graduate student the whole English teaching in our school. Because of the postgraduate stage,students with high English level,therefore,to carry out the whole English teaching also has the very strong feasibility. Complete all links of teaching in English teaching require-ments are in English,including teaching language,teaching content,teaching materials,teaching software,home-work,answering questions and examination,etc.
