高校辅导员的职业认同现状及提升策略研究 被引量:2

摘要 本研究为了解辅导员的职业认同感现状,使用问卷调查了226名辅导员,发现辅导员职业认同感不高且离散程度较大;男性辅导员的职业认同好于女性的但情感认同不如女性的高;职业认同感在年龄上显著差异,且36~40岁的辅导员的职业认同感最低.结合这一结论,提出了提升认同感的建议.
