"卓越工程师教育培养计划"是我国工程教育新的人才培养模式的改革尝试。准确定位卓越工程师人才培养目标,优化课程体系,改革教学内容与教学方法才能确保这一计划的实施。以工程意识、工程素质培养为基础,以实践能力和创新能力培养为主线,通过校企合作,构建满足卓越制药工程师知识、能力和素质要求的实践教学体系,通过三届学生的实践得到满意效果。

“Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding engineers(PETOE)”is a new pattern reformation of en-gineering education talents training.To carry out the program successfully,it is necessary to clearly define the specifica-tions of training,optimize curriculum system,reform course content and teaching methods. Basing on engineering con-sciousness and engineering quality,mainly training engineering practice ability and innovation ability,a new practice teaching system which meet the requirements of outstanding Pharmaceutical engineers knowledge,ability and quality was constructed that with school- enterprise cooperation,taking advantages of different education environment and re-sources of school and enterprise. Through three- terms student’s practice,good teaching effect is achieved.
