当今高校辅导员的角色定位与自身发展

现如今,各高校在重视学生生源的同时,也通过多种方法不断提高教师水平,特别是加强对于辅导员的培养,这是因为辅导员的全面发展和学生的成才密切联系,辅导员的工作既需要配合教学又需要和学生沟通。本文通过剖析辅导员岗位特点等,以期拉近辅导员与学生之间的距离,明确学生的学习动机,提高他们的学习成绩,促进其全方位成长。同时,增强辅导员的自信心,使之更为努力充满热情的工作,把学生培养成社会有用的人,使得学生的素质越来越好。

At present,colleges try to continuously improve the level of teachers especially to strengthen the counselors' training.Through the analysis of the characteristics of counselors' job,the author attempts to promote the progress of students to meet the needs of the society,making students' quality getting better and better.
